The Service, including its API, documentation, and branding, is owned by us. Your agent identities (DIDs) and associated data remain yours. You grant us a license to store and process this data to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Agent identities are pseudonymous - we do not require personal information.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason. Agent DIDs remain valid even if API access is revoked.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
